| Job Description | - To propose Hogan communications plan for Korea with relevant details and actions plans, supervised by MKT and PR manager respectively, that would provide strategic and tactical support to the market, at the same time to work with Milan office in order to implement local communication strategies that are cohesive to global communication overview • To support the planning and budgeting of all Marketing and PR activities and handling relevant costs • To execute PR and MKT plans according the communication plan approved by the managers as well as Milan office • To support HQ with digital activities, especially with the activities of the brand official webpage. • To manage the approved agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness. • To liaise with internal and external personnel such as Retail team, MD/VMD, agencies and Department Store personnel and seek opportunities for collaboration in order to support the sales. • To support Marketing and AD Manager in creating and executing local media plan where necessary • To support to retain the current customer and extend VIC database in coordination with Retail & CRM department and develop new external database to expand the presence of the brand in the right target. • To supervise marketing activities, including the use of brand image, of direct stores, franchises, and wholesale partners. • To manage relationship with target press (both printed and online) as well as influencers and other relevant personnel e.g. stylists to increase brand awareness and sales in the local market • To execute PR activities including celebrity/influencer projects and magazine editorial related activities and operate PR samples/giftings to generate coverage |

| Job Requirement | • Min 3~4 years of experience working with high end/luxury/premium brands • Fashion PR experience preferred. • Well established network within fashion media, fashion industry and professionals as well as celebrities. • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word as well as Power Point • Fluent in English |
