Job Description •Overall responsible for formulating Global Brand Strategy and developing Brand Plans & Marketing Programs for Easy Drinking Brands; Budweiser, Corona to effectively deliver the volume, share and brand health KPIs;
- Commercial performance (Net Revenue)
- Brand Health & Guidance (Consideration, Key image attributes)
- Other project based KPIs
• Manage overall development & deployment of brand strategy and annual brand action plan for Easy Drinking Brands.
• Study market opportunities, competition, brand portfolio and margin pool analysis for brand expansion by developing and monitoring various consumer researches and retailer surveys.
• Manage & Deliver overall brand campaign, Marketing events/calendar, including
PR/Sponsorship activities.
• Set, Manage and Monitor Marketing communication strategy and action plan for Easy
Drinking Brands.
• Cooperate with Trade Marketing team to monitor and report Easy Drinking brands'
visibility in the market.
• Translate Easy Drinking Brands elements into plans, go-to-market strategies, and
innovative growth strategies.
• Shape and communicate the vision and mission of Easy Drinking Brands.
Job Requirement • Minimum BA/BS, preferably with a MBA and/or strong coursework focus on in
Marketing, Business Administration
• Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English & Korean.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and allocate budgets.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market
applications and sales estimates
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and
KPIs
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and trends.
• Strong leadership & ownership to manage a team of marketing people working on
brand initiatives.
• Communicate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Inclusive and collaborative spirit / solid team player.
• Min. 8 years of relevant work and/or experience in Brand Marketing, Product
Marketing, Product Management, Strategy Development in leading in leading CPGs,
Beverage/Beer, Creative Agency, Management Consulting industry
