Job Description 1) Supply Chain & Logistics
- Define and deploy logistics strategy (in-house vs. 3rd party, logistic network design, transportation modes and capabilities)
- Validate choices of logistics services providers (warehouse and transportation)
- Lead cross functional/ regional communication with different stakeholders (Retail/ Merchandising/ Supply Chain/ Finance/ HR etc.) to ensure alignment on business priority and consistence
- Coordinate warehouse, transportation and customs activities
- Define and monitor KPI and objectives, define corrective action plans
- Anticipate and assess the impact of unexpected events on demand and communicated to regional SC team
- Ensure compliance, respect and improvement of Group rules and guidelines
- Identify and improve the overall logistics operations in sustainability aspects
2) Care Services & Quality
- Leverage After Sales perspectives to contribute to the company strategy.
- Translate strategy into initiatives/ change management roadmap (Infrastructures – After Sales workshops network/ Processes/ IT systems/ Organization/ Skills/ KPIs/ Management system) from Client engagement (Boutiques) through all Care Services network to reach company’s objectives
- Coordinate Care Services centers, customers service, logistics departments and ensure feedbacks on quality issues to development and production departments to guarantee the best service level
- Develop efficient partnerships with subcontractors and guarantee repair center efficiency
- Define returns treatment strategy and Care Services guidelines (internal or external repair shops, activities allocation between local and centralized repair shops)
- Lead the retail quality projects
3) Team Management
- Share and communicate vision and strategy to his/her teams
- Set challenging and achievable objectives for each team members
- Organize and manage resources (identify potential, mobility to come and jobs rotation opportunities)
Job Requirement - Over 15 years of senior work track record with multinational companies
- Experience within FMCG or Retail with large number of SKUs with textile and leather goods experience preferred
- Strong project management credentials
- Graduate level education with recognised degree
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Logistics or retail background is preferred
- Fluent at English and native Korean
- Able to work on multi-tasks under pressure
