Job Description - Training Design & Execution
• Ensure consistent on-boarding for new joiners in accordance with Consultant Development Course, giving feedback on progress and communicating this to the Retail Business Manager and Training Manager.
• In line with training facilitation; coordinate all workshop administration and preparation, and ensure all pre / post workshop activities are completed by attendees.
• Collaborate with Retail Training Manager to design individual coaching and development plans to address skill and/or performance gaps of Retail Consultants

- Training Assessment & Performance Management
• Review the retail performance with objectivity and visit brand spaces regularly to drive performance.
• Monitor the performance of new products throughout the launch period, and periodically throughout the first 12 months. Share customer anecdotes, successes and offer further education on new product across the network.
• Facilitate positive change through consistent coaching and feedback on selling for ongoing growth and success.

- Customer Experience, Brand Management & Culture
• Observe, support the right behaviours and act as a role-model of Brand Consultants to prioritize our customer and our commercial results in retail spaces.
• Lead by example in all aspects of the Brand ideal, including exceptional customer service, Brand demonstration techniques, and personal presentation and grooming.

- Communication & Administration
• Ensure SMs, RBMs and other relevant stakeholders have visibility on training activities, including but not limited to progress, required actions, and recommendations.
• Respond quickly and efficiently; remain pragmatic and constructive through times of change.
• Deliver store visit and training reports to update appropriate office staff on current trends and progress.
Job Requirement • 7-10 years of training experience in retail company (cosmetic or fashion industry)
• Good understand of retail business both long-term strategy and daily routine on the sales floor
• Previous shop floor experience managing and developing high-performing teams is a strongly plus
• Hands-on, practical problem solving and process improvement skills
• Working knowledge of blended learning methodologies
• Able to promote change and creative improvement, adapting new approaches to learning and training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and Excellence interpersonal relationship skills
• English Fluency
