| Job Description | Lead to develop plan and implement it for maintenance reliability improvement thorough understanding of the plant operation and deep analysis of process data, assist with world class maintenance management knowledge, benchmarking. Drive up overall maintenance improvement in Korea plants. ▪ Assess plant maintenance reliability performance to open gaps and drive continuous improvement. ▪ Work with each plant Technical Services (기술지원) managers & maintenance process engineer. ▪ Focus on problem solving of highly critical issues and standardize actions to prevent re-occurring. ▪ Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Sales to management Core Working Capital in maintenance and synergize to achieve challenging saving goals. ▪ Analyze to identify the potential saving opportunities in maintenance and form practical action plans to implement them. ▪ Provide guidance to VPO(공장운영 최적화 프로그램) maintenance pillar to continuously open gap for improvement, and coordinate action plans to implement improvement. ▪ Visit plant to validate the VPO maintenance pillar quality for calibration. ▪ Audit maintenance process to ensure VPO is well followed in VPO plants. ▪ Develop plan and lead implementation to foster expertise, SME(Subject Matter Expert) in plant maintenance team and coaching & skill up training Best practice exchange among the breweries. ▪ Develop expertise, PTE in maintenance team and coaching & skill up training. ▪ Lead/Coordinate on maintenance project execution to ensure the technical standards are implemented. |

| Job Requirement | Education in science/engineering/Electronic/Electrical background, BA above ▪ Technical competencies (Job related) - Familiar with SAP - Basic knowledge for HMI, PLC system etc. - Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills - Fluent English speaking and writing - Familiar with Windows Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Highly ethic and integrity ▪ At least 5 years in famous world manufacturing plant, holding position of maintenance or planning manager/supervisor or project engineer. ▪ Working experience in corporate as maintenance manager or maintenance planning engineer that is in charge of multiple branch manufacturers is preferred |
