Job Description 1. Adopt and drive usage of the company recruitment SAP platform through basic Boolean research, strong analysis and understanding of job description and context.
2. Define and implement the most efficient sourcing channel strategy for their market/region across different positions/ job profiles by applying proactive search techniques to identify passive candidates from defined backgrounds through direct sourcing (includes personal networking, referral, social media and internet job boards through our platform)
3. Develop regular communication to animate the active candidates
4. Be the ambassador/ first point of contact for the candidate and deliver impactful Brand message to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and pre-assessment process.
5. Ensure quality candidates by contributing towards the recruitment process by
a. Participating in the launch of recruitment with line manager & HRBP and JD alignment.
b. A thorough pre-assessment to identify the best skilled and best fit candidates for further interview.
c. Formalization of short written feedback provided to the HR BP on the pre-assessment process.
d. Enter the shortlisted candidate profiles in the recruitment SAP system.
6. Facilitate optimal hiring process by monitoring usage of all hiring channels including agencies and its result.
7. Monitor, Build and share market intelligence amongst regional/ global TA community and HR team
8. Engage in overall employer branding activities as a key contributor
Job Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Min. 7 year of overall business experience. Preferably with some experience in a recruitment agency as a researcher.
- Effective communication skills, ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates.
- Is able to Master Boolean Research.
- Is able to navigate and Master the various online and offline sourcing channels
- Proficient in English and local language.
