| Job Description | Main function: • Track import and export compliance procedures • Manage supply chain inventory and records • Ensure warehouse functions are successfully optimised • Assess defined KPIs and prepare reports • Supervise 3PL and people management • Perform daily logistics operation & monthly closing activities Role responsibilities: [Import Export custom clearance] - Organizing all import/export shipments in line with company requirements - Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists, FTA registration - Timely preparation of import documentation and custom clearance for all air and sea shipments globally - Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments - Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions [Warehouse logistic management] - Control warehouse and manage stock/non-sellable items movement(TR) - Stock discrepancy management and follow up - Lead stock destruction and write off through SAP - Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all time - Working closely with business functions, i.e. Sales Ops and Merchandising - Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions |
