| Job Description | -Set the standard of quality assurance and its tool. -Monitor production process/quality and initiate corrective action. -Contribute to the quality technology and techniques to improve the overall performance and organization. -Communicate relevant and accurate information with the other team and maintain documentation. -Review and improve the production process and quality. -Analysis and troubleshooting. -Support the factories for procedure of production. -Control SOP, BP, Manual and audit for KPI. -Inspect the materials and products. -Communicate with customers globally. |

| Job Requirement | -10 years of working experience in QA/QC in the footwear industry or related manufacturing. -Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering. -Good English and communication skill. -Knowledge of quality assurance. -Familiarity with several of the techniques and tools of QA including QC. -Skill of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and troubleshooting. -Working experience in ISO 9001/14001 preferred. |
