Job Description | • Responsible for retail staff hiring and operation management in DTC(Direct-to-consumer) channel in collaboration with local HR • Manage and coach store team to drive retail excellence directly related to store KPI and customer experience • Manage and oversee store daily operations including but not limited to policies and procedures implementation, inventory control, stock take management, assets and cost control, in-store visual merchandising and manpower arrangement • Responsible for budget planning & forecast at store level, such as revenue, retail expenditures, headcounts and KPI, comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts • Monitor and analyse KPI performance based on retail financial models on an individual store level; collect and provide qualitative feedbacks and propose business strategies to optimize sales • Review salary & commission schemes for all store staff and propose incentive to boost motivation and retail excellence • Communicate new programs, policies and procedures to store effectively to ensure proper execution in accordance with brand’s directions • Lead retail team’s engagement into DM culture and other retail divisional level communication • Also responsible for indirect employee’s concession store operations • Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and KPI at store level for management review • Frame and map opportunities in retail promotion and customer engagement to maximize sales aligned with seasonal calendar and revenue target. • Lead business communication and regularly update partnership with the landlords of the retail stores • Partner with Marketing & Visual Merchandising team to ensure retail marketing activity/promotions/windows/store layouts to drive sales and create an in-store “Brand Experience” and drive high quality customer service • Provide market intelligence and store feedback to management team in a timely manner |

Job Requirement | • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • At least 5 years of retail related experience gained from international brand, retail industry (footwear/ fashion apparel field preferred) • Demonstrate good understanding of retail landscape and be comfortable with the dynamic business environment; possess good knowledge of store operations and retail systems • Proven track record in managing territory retail teams, developing retail strategies, new store opening execution • Experience of financial modelling, forecasting & budgeting • Strong commercial acumen, able to confidently analyse sales data and driven by KPI’s • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills • Strong team spirit, communication and organizational skills • Positive attitude, open-minded, not afraid to take initiatives • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean |
