Job Description | 1. Search Marketing • Develop the SEM strategy, working on short-term and long-term projects to increase return on investment, with a focus on AUR growth. This will include, but not be limited, to re-structuring campaigns, improving re-targeting tactics, and testing new opportunities • Manage the agency to create, implement, optimise, and report on effective Paid Search and Naver/ Google Shopping campaigns • Lead the agency to plan the best distribution of budget across campaigns • Be fully responsible for Paid Search, both performance and brand presentation, which requires alignment with media platforms (in collaboration with the agency) to find new opportunities to leverage paid search as a business driver across client’s omnichannel journey • Identify and monitor KPIs to ensure the campaigns to meet targets 2. Site Performance Optimization • Be the key contact for SEO in the region and lead the agency in partnership with the Global Marketing and Omnichannel Teams to ensure we capitalise on local opportunities to improve Organic Search results that enhance the customer experience and generate revenue across channels • Optimize site performance via on-site and external search engine optimization in close collaboration with UI/UX, Analytics, Content, and IT PICs in both local and global teams 3. Digital Business Planning and Operations • Run Digital Commerce channel operations, with focus on Kakao Commerce for seamless end-to-end client experience by business/campaign planning, ensuring daily operations and merchandising and inventory availability • Monitor KPI’s (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, AUR, etc.) to drive the channel growth. • Optimize order processing, shipping, and returns in collaboration with Distribution Center & Client Care Center • Lead and support digital projects related to business and system enhancements in collaboration with global and local Omni & IT partners 4. Job Requirement | • BA/BS degree or equivalent required • 7+ years’ experience in performance marketing and/or e-commerce operations. • Strong expertise in managing budgets, planning campaigns. • Strong understanding of all online KPIs controlling performance and ROI. • Strong communication and management skill with external suppliers/ partners. • Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations working with different time zones • Fluent in spoken / written English, with strong communication & negotiation skills • Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel • Highly organized and detail-oriented |
