Job Description | • Lead the team to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including campaign launches and execution, , business performance analysis & review, order fulfilment, and customer service • Take responsibility for delivering channel growth and expansion according to the digital business plan, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital channels and marketplaces. • Take ownership of Performance Marketing by leading marketing agencies to generate quality traffic and ensure a secure return on investment (ROI) for all advertising campaigns • Achieve budgeted sales targets by working closely with the larger team to implement technical and non- technical strategies that will drive traffic, new customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue, while minimizing returns and other operating costs • Own the commercial calendar (across all digital platforms) for the online business in Korea, coordinating and proactively planning for all key commercial events • Develop a detailed execution plan for each commercial moment with clear business objectives and strategies, and then work very closely with all cross functional partners to deliver the expected business results • Optimize the user experience for Brand’s across all digital touchpoints based on a thorough understanding of customer behaviour on site, including the end-to-end path to purchase • Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling is in place for all campaigns across all channels • Closely track and analyse day-to-day performance, implementing and suggesting strategies to improve operational metrics • Manage the monthly/annual sales and business reports providing detailed analysis on key business metrics including site performance, conversion rates, sales by product and all digital channels. • Take a responsible of site development to enhance the customer experience in this rapidly changing digital land scape |

Job Requirement | • Degree holder in Business / Marketing / E-commerce or a related discipline • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in managing Ecom operations, experience in global brand business environment preferred. • Proven experience managing ecommerce operations with Shopify is a must. • Track record of driving qualified traffic, ROI and sales • Familiar with Korean ecommerce business models and operations with major partners like Musinsa, 29cm, Naver, EQL etc. • Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking • Excellent communication & analytical skills • Strong team spirit, open-minded, result-oriented and organizational skills • Experienced multi-tasker who thrives under pressure • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced excel skills • High proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Korean |
