| Job Description | 1. Inventory Planning & Allocation • Develop and implement allocation strategies: Optimize inventory levels to support sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze inventory performance: Use data and analytics to forecast inventory needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing demands. • Develop the process for replenishment and stock rotation. • Drive continuous improvement: Implement innovative solutions to enhance allocation processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise to retail locations. 2. In-season product performance management • Evaluate product and store performance indicators and translate data into actionable tactics to drive results with agility. • Managing system logic set up for in-season stock flow, to maximize sales opportunities. • Monitoring store performance and defining the risk and opportunity in inventory level and stock position to come up with following action plan. • Managing the seasonal promotion and price changes, co-working with commercial team. • Analyze sales impact from in-season actions and outlet door off-season product liquidation scheme. • Ensuring product availability in a timely manner and minimizing excess stock. • Ensuring to fulfill the current consumer demand and future risk and opportunity at store level. • Ensuring store stock level is under control to go with seasonal inventory plan. • Collaborate and pro-actively communicate with channel representatives and field. 3. Support brand and channel strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with assortment planning, merchandising, channel and other departments to ensure alignment on inventory needs and distribution plans. • Collaborate with commercial team to build workable channel segmentation and enable product mapping that will land as segmentation clustering. |

| Job Requirement | • A minimum of 8 years allocation, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or buying. • Relevant industry experience • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Inventory Forecasting experience required • Strong understanding of inventory management principles • Deep understanding of the fashion and performance footwear market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and channel trends. • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Written and verbal communication skills in both Korea and English to clearly articulate inventory management plans and allocation strategies to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Proficient in Retail Math. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and other Allocation platforms. |
