| Job Description | Sales order management • Create and maintain sales orders for retail and wholesale in ERP • Manage and ensure accuracy of the sales order book • Accurate and timely product allocation for multi channels • Ensure product availability aligns with sales and launch plans Outbound supply chain operation • Manage the end-to-end B2B outbound fulfilment processes and ensure on-time delivery • Provide operational support to sales channels to drive sales and growth for the business • Coordinate and facilitate process closely related to outbound process such as CS, VAS, etc Cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate with internal teams including inbound, warehouse & distribution, and commercial team • Work closely with 3PL service partners to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics and maintain high service levels ERP system & process improvement • Participate in ERP Microsoft 365 Dynamics launch project, including operations UAT (User Acceptance Testing) • Continuously review and optimize outbound supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels Analysis & reporting • Manage accurate reporting and analysis of the eCommerce order providing business insights against projected sales • Develop reporting tools to facilitate outbound process and provide work progress visibility |

| Job Requirement | • Experience: 5–7 years in supply Chain, or Logistics (global sports brand or fashion retail industry experience preferred) • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field • Strong understanding of order management, and outbound SCM process • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills in English and Native Korean (written and verbal) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills |
