| Job Description | Ecommerce Order Management -Responsible to handle with daily orders/cancel/return/exchange flow. -Monitor the eCommerce order flow as daily basis. -Manage the order status and support the smooth order process for shipping. -Support the client return and exchange process through system. -Coordinate re-shipping schedules for return/exchange and support communication with clients -Strong relationships with logistics, SCM, and BTQs. -Report the bugs or issues during order process to HQ. Order Stock fulfilment -Manage the stock fulfilment based on order status. -Closely collaborate with SCM and BTQs in terms of stock transfer. -Support the stock fulfilment and organize the outbound calls to boost phone sales. Omni-channel support -Monitor the BTQ pick up order status and arrange the outbound contacts for the orders have not picked yet. -Closely communicate with BTQ for the clients in terms of complaints or special orders. System-Based Operations & Improvements -Use systems(Fluent, Salesforce, OMS and SAP) to track order flow and spot issues -Analyze recurring issues or complaints and suggest process improvements |

| Job Requirement | -University degree with a minimum 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics or CS admin. -Fluent in both Korean & English -Experience using systems like Salesforce or SAP is a plus -Experience in luxury e-commerce operations, especially in the retail industry is a plus -Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint |
