Advanced In-Season Management: • Drive cross-functional collaboration to manage inventory flows, reduce stockouts, and optimize sell-through rates. • Conduct in-depth performance analysis to guide real-time trading decisions and seize emerging market opportunities. • Lead high-level planning for promotional activities and stock balancing, including seasonal markdowns and clearance strategies. Supply Chain and Product Flow Optimization: • Oversee end-to-end product flow management, including inter-store transfers, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization. • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies. • Implement best practices for seasonal returns, retrimming, and inventory liquidation. Leadership and Team Development: • Mentor and develop junior merchandisers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. • Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning. |
