| Job Requirement | - Minimum 6+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or related HR fields - Bachelor’s Degree required - Fluent in English (written & verbal) - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Emotionally intelligent and people-oriented team player with ability to de-escalate situations effectively - Experience in training programs, company events and CSR initiatives preferred |
