| Job Description | •Set up CRM plan according to brand strategy •Execute global CRM campaign, CRM communication program and track the results •Manage CRM KPIs and develop customer engagement program based on CRM KPIs •Provide client data analysis to set CRM strategy •Develop new customer recruiting opportunity in collaboration with department stores, companies sharing the same target customers •Organize special In-store promotions and brand events •Coach store managers, familiarize retail team with CRM KPIs & report •Work closely with Retail team and Store managers to maximize clienteling as a strategic customer communication channel and develop improvement plan |
