Job Description • Take ownership of CRM campaign execution across channels, ensuring excellence in delivery, consistency with brand standards, and measurable business impact.
• Drive the end-to-end execution and enhancement of VIP loyalty programs
• Own CRM analytics and insight generation, synthesizing complex customer data
• Act as a key advisor on CRM KPIs, defining success metrics, monitoring performance
• Build, enhance, and maintain CRM dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Lead CRM-related projects independently, managing timelines, stakeholders, and risks
• Foster and elevate a strong clienteling culture across stores
• Continuously evaluate CRM performance and client engagement strategies
• Translate global CRM strategy into actionable local plans
Job Requirement • At least 5-8+ years’ experience in CRM, clienteling, or data-driven marketing experience
(luxury/retail preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM tools, dashboards, and data interpretation
• Proven experience in KPI management and performance optimization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
