| Job Description | Establish 360 marketing strategy over entire marketing funnels leveraging brand marketing (Brand Equity Tracker, brand campaign, PR, AD, Ambassador, KOL endorse marketing, sports marketing, digital, etc.), customer marketing (CRM, Client Engagement, NPS, store tracker, customer outreach, hospitality, GWP, etc.) and Visual Experience (Store Architecture & Design, Visual Merchandising) Develop local marketing strategies alongside global marketing strategies Cater insights on customers and competitors to internal stakeholders to build up orchestrated country strategies Supervise and coach team members to grow them be marketing professional having brand's 4 Values - Elegance, daring, one team spirit, and tenacity Continuously pitch the importance of Korea market to HQ to gain sufficient marketing support in financial support |

| Job Requirement | - 18-20 years of total professional experience in marketing - At least 5 years of people management experience - Good representation as an employee brand ambassador to media, communities, KOL, etc. - Inter-personal and good communication skills to create synergy over multiple stake holders - Good presentation skills to deliver strategies clearly to stake holders - Analytical, strategic, and innovative thinker - Good understanding for fashion, trend, customer behaviour, digital, etc. - Understanding on styles, creativity and premiumness. |
