| Job Description | •Event Strategy & Execution: -Deliver in-store events, retail animations, trunk shows, store openings and pop-ups while maintaining global brand standards. -Tailor and lead activations to cultural nuances in Korea. •Brand Communications and Partnerships: -Manage all store-level brand communications, including internal and external promotions, store opening and in-mall advertising. •Agency and Project Coordination: -Liaise with external agencies to deliver event concepts and flawless execution. -Mange timelines, budgets, design, venue, and deliverables •Retail and CRM Collaboration: -Work closely with retail teams, support initiatives that drive new client recruitment and strengthen engagement Marketing •Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional campaign in line with the direction given by regional team •Assist in the pre- and post-event follow up Public Relations •Manage press collection and handle daily sample loan and requests •Evaluate media value and consolidate monthly editorial/ events clipping reports |

| Job Requirement | •Minimum of 2-3 years’ direct marketing experience in managing a fast-developing consumer database with experience in international luxury retail sector an advantage •Understanding and interest in fashion, culture, art; ability to interpret trends •Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines •Advanced level Microsoft Office (Especially Power Point, Excel, Word) •Strong creative ability to develop innovative ideas in the luxury fashion sector •Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time and to interface with different departments internally as well as externally |
