| Job Requirement | • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales and retail business, ideally with previous experience in Wine & Spirits/ Travel Retail/ FMCG & Luxury industry • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Strong agility and adaptability in ambiguity and difficult business environment • Demonstrated experience in team collaboration in a multicultural environment • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (written and verbal) • Willing to travel domestically in Korea or internationally when needed |
