| Job Description | CRM Strategy & Customer Analytics: • Lead annual CRM strategy and loyalty program initiatives aligned with global guidelines and local business priorities • Conduct regular CRM database analysis and generate strategic insights to support marketing and retail business decisions • Develop actionable recommendations based on segmentation, retention, repurchase, and customer lifecycle analysis • Monitor CRM KPIs and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty • Support the development and implementation of AI-led CRM initiatives and data-driven customer activation strategies Promotion Management: • Lead promotion strategy and implementation aligned with global frameworks and local business objectives • Partner with Global Promotion/GTM teams to ensure effective commercial planning and execution • Develop customer incentive and promotional programs, including GWP initiatives, to maximize business impact and customer engagement • Evaluate promotion performance and identify optimization opportunities based on business insights • Manage CRM & Promotion budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking CRM Activation & VIP Experience: • Plan and execute CRM activations, including customer events and VIP experiences, to strengthen customer loyalty and brand desirability • Manage CRM communication channels, including MMS, and loyalty member communications |

| Job Requirement | - Strong expertise in CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs. - Proven ability in customer analytics, strategic insight generation, and data-driven decision-making with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills - Experience or strong interest in AI-driven CRM and marketing automation is highly preferred - Experience in VIP/customer events and experiential marketing is preferred - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a “Win as One” mindset - Fluency in Korean and English |
