| Job Description | Mid- to Long-Term and Annual Marketing Strategies Development • Drive marketing strategies that support long-term brand growth based on target growth objectives. • Work closely with local Marketing and Merchandising teams across markets to develop and execute annual business and marketing plans. • Identify and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and business opportunities to support strategic planning. • Monitor key business and marketing performance indicators and recommend optimization plans. Local Market Marketing Strategies Development and Execution • Build and implement market-specific marketing strategies while maintaining an Asia-wide perspective. • Lead marketing activities aligned with the needs and opportunities of the local market. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution. Marketing Budget Planning and Management • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with business objectives. • Manage and allocate resources across campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. • Monitor budget performance and marketing ROI to ensure effective investment. Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration • Partner closely with Japan and China teams to align regional marketing initiatives. • Act as a key liaison between ADS, Marketing, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams. Support seasonal product presentations, internal meetings, and business reviews. • Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all market activations. |
