| Job Description | The role is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable activities to ensure business continuity and timely financial processing while the core accounting team focuses on project implementation, testing, and transformation initiatives. 1. Accounts Receivable (AR) -Process customer receipts and ensure accurate and timely AR postings. -Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances. -Support daily sales and cash reconciliation activities. -Assist with monthly sales closing and related accounting activities. -Update daily cash balance. -Support VAT-related accounting and reporting activities. 2. Other Accounting & Finance Activities - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. - Manage corporate credit card transactions and related accounting activities. - Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required. |

| Job Requirement | •4-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) •~3 years accounting experience (included internship), preferably in the consumer or luxury Industry. •SAP System experienced preferred. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Good communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •English communication skills preferred. |
