| Job Description | Stock Allocation & Flow Management: Oversee strategic initial allocation, timely replenishment, and stock rotation across all outlet POS to ensure optimal stock availability. POS Sales & Performance Analytics: Analyze POS-level sales trends and inventory turnover to drive store-tailored commercial execution. RFO (Ready-For-Outlet) Planning & Ordering: Lead volume forecasting, planning, and ordering for outlet-dedicated (RFO) collections to complement past-season stock and enhance margin profile. Inventory Control & Clearance Strategy: Manage health of channel inventory, accelerate aged-inventory clearance and minimize sales opportunity loss. Store-tailored Assortment Planning: Plan and execute differentiated product assortments and depth by store layout, location, and customer demographics based on POS analytics. Profitability & Revenue Optimization: Maximize gross margin and top-line sales by balancing liquidation goals with strategic discount management and RFO mix. Store management - Negotiate with outlet retailers to improve store conditions. - Recruit store managers and manage staffing and turnover. - Support store projects such as openings, renewals, and closures. - Develop operational excellence across all areas, including operating systems and POS environments. |
