Job Description Essential Functions:
1. Build sales network for the company.
2. Develop customer base and maintain good working relationships.
3. Develop, implement, lead and manage processes for market trend studies & analysis.
4. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast market trends and provide guidance for sales and marketing activities.
5. Perform competitive analysis of all competitors to the company to develop effective competitive sales and marketing plans.
6. Develop, prepare and present customer sales and marketing proposals, including internal presentations as well as external presentations.
7. Perform contract negotiations with and/or without direct participation by legal, technical senior leadership, etc.
8. Assist in contract management for the execution and fulfillment of turbine and/or project sales contracts.
9. Participate in a variety of conferences, internally and externally, as required to achieve the objectives of the position.
Job Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA a plus.
15+ years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a public company.
Ability to work well under time deadlines and pressure.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic; able to set and meet goals.
Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
Accomplished sales and marketing professional, personable and easily able to develop productive relationships with customers.
