Job Description -Assist the top management setup and execute the business plan
-Set channel strategies that involve pricing with P&L analysis and developing communication tools
-Evaluate sales achievement per sales person and key account
-Build programs for key accounts
-Monitor key accounts’ sell-thru for customer relationship management
-Develop periodical promotions and custom promotions for customers
-Monitor inventory levels & sell-thru and help forecast market demand for procurement
-Support the sales team with custom pricing and presentation
-Initial market research and target pricing prior to new product launches
-Setup brand positioning
-Product training to the sales team
-Periodical industry trend analysis and competitive analysis
-Prepare for trade shows and customer sales training sessions -Update price list, roadmap, and internal / external forms
-Develop sales tools (such as sales sheets, POP display, online banners, etc.)
-Assist marketing to execute PR / Advertising
Job Requirement - Minimum of 5 Years Trade/Channel Marketing experience
- BA in Business/Marketing field preferred; international experience a strong plus
- Relevant trade marketing or sales experience or experience in consumer electronics preferred
- Excellent power point and Excel user w/ strong presentation skill
- Team-oriented, able to work productively across a diverse group of people, both internally and externally
- Strong oral and written communication abilities - Ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, bright, personable, and passionate
