Job Description 1. US Mobile renting service
a. Customer Supports:
- Performing customer supports, according to requests, by contacting US carriers’ customer care – in doing so, employee will be managing both existing and new lines (cell phones) by keeping them track and file in daily basis.
b. Shipping and handling:
- Executing shipping and handling of new or used devices to South Korea or Domestic and keeping them track/filing- in doing so, employee will physically go to postal service location in time.
c. Inventory management:
- Keeping track and filing of new, return, repair and replacement devices – employee will contact manufacture/carrier to perform repair/replacement.
d. Billing support:
- Resolving billing issue and filing Call/Data Detail Record for the entire lines monthly basis
2. International Calling Card Service, Korean Renting service, etc
- Support and assist manager as need
Job Requirement - Fluent in Korean and business standard English is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High knowledge of internet technologies.
