Job Description • Communicate with customers and HQ for Mass Production quality issues
• RMA request for all defective parts within warranty period
• Control and manage customer line defect return rate
• Verify field failure and collect Failure Analysis Report from HQ to provide for the customer
• Conduct regular quality meeting with customers
• Identify quality problems, create solutions, and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
• Maintain quality tracking record and documenting it
• Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement - Bachelor degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
- 2+ yrs experience of customer service field
- Bilingual (English and Korean)
- Planning and presentation skills
