Job Description • Thorough understanding of channel dynamics, channel sales & marketing and the best programs practices associated with them
• Demonstrable understanding of communications best practices as related to communicating to, through and with channel partners of varying types
• Experience and demonstrable understanding of the nuances related to communicating effectively in international markets.
• Ability to develop, draft, socialize and promote a detailed Partner Programs, promotions and communications plan (internal and external)
• Ability to act upon (quickly) communications opportunities created by day-to-day changes taking place across multiple markets. Understanding the applicability and relevance of these opportunities/challenges/changes and driving communication and programs accordingly.
Job Requirement • BA or BA(Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering)
• At least 5 years
• Bilingual(English/Korean) preferred
• Working channel knowledge- good understanding of various reseller partner types and their models for doing business
• Self starter: ability to work independently and a strong ‘initiator’.
• Ability to work cross functionally in order to develop all aspects of marketing and sales programs for partners
• Understanding of industry partner program models – what motivates partners and how to communicate accordingly
• Creativity and the ability to drive ideas through to execution
• The ability to create messaging that motivates audiences to act.
